Who uses Mili
Mili is a personal assistant used only by its owner, on the owner's own computer. It has no other users.
Google data Mili accesses
- Gmail (read): sender, subject and a short preview of recent messages, to summarize what needs attention.
- Gmail (compose): to save email drafts that the owner asked for. Mili does not send email.
- Google Calendar (events): to read the owner's agenda and add events the owner confirmed.
How the data is handled
- Google data is processed on the owner's own computer, by a model running locally on that computer.
- The sign-in token is stored only on that computer.
- Google data is not sold, shared with third parties, used for advertising, or used to train AI models.
- Mili's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Removing access
Access can be removed at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions. Deleting Mili's token file on the computer also ends access.
